Who is responsible

VSModels at vsmodels.app is operated by ZHENG RUNJIN, an individual based in China. Contact support@vsmodels.app for privacy questions or requests.

Information we process

• Account information: name, email, account identifiers and login sessions. Password login uses a password hash. If Google sign-in is available, we receive the basic profile and verified email authorized during sign-in.
• Billing information: order identifiers, purchased plans, amounts, payment and subscription status, and credit grants, spending and expiry. Card entry is handled by Waffo Pancake's checkout; VSModels does not store full card numbers.
• Generation information: when real generation is enabled, we process the prompt and selected parameters to perform the request, sending necessary inputs to fal and its image model service. The online credit and task ledger stores request fingerprints, sanitized task state, provider task identifiers and result links; it does not store raw prompts or reference files. The current free preview does not make a real model request.
• Website usage: Cloudflare hosts the site and handles network requests. Google Analytics is enabled for page, device and session statistics. Browser cookies or storage maintain login sessions and preferences.
• Support information: messages you send us. Mail to support@vsmodels.app is routed by Cloudflare Email Routing to the operator's Gmail inbox.

Purposes and providers

We use this information for account access, service delivery, billing and credit reconciliation, support, security and abuse prevention. Google Analytics helps us understand visits and improve pages. Relevant processing is based on providing the requested service, legal obligations, and consent where applicable. We do not sell personal information or send generation prompts to analytics tools for advertising.

Providers include Cloudflare, Waffo Pancake, Google Analytics, Google sign-in when enabled, and Gmail for support. Real generation also uses fal and its model providers. Any additional content screening provider and the information sent to it will be disclosed when that integration is enabled. Providers may process information outside your country. Their own terms and privacy practices also apply to the information they receive.

Storage, retention and security

Accounts and financial/task ledgers use persistent storage. They are retained while needed for the account and service; inactive accounts are not automatically deleted after a fixed number of days. Financial and durable reconciliation records can be retained after account closure for payment disputes, preventing duplicate processing and applicable record-keeping obligations. There is currently no automatic age-based deletion job. Contact support to request deletion or information about the records retained for your account. We verify requests and manually remove or anonymize information that is no longer necessary, subject to those obligations.

We use HTTPS, account access controls, password hashing and encryption for saved administrative secrets. Merchant private keys are not exposed to browsers. No Internet service can guarantee absolute security. We handle security incidents and required notifications according to applicable obligations.

Your choices and requests

Contact support@vsmodels.app to request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or withdrawal of applicable consent. Available rights and required response periods depend on applicable law. We request only the information necessary to verify and address the request. You may also contact the relevant privacy regulator.

Browser settings can restrict cookies and tracking; this may affect login functionality. We do not currently provide an on-site cookie preference manager. We do not run an opt-in marketing mailing list. Services are intended for adults; contact us if a minor has supplied personal information.

Material changes to this policy will be published on the site or communicated through account contact details. The date above identifies the latest version.
