Operator and service

VSModels at vsmodels.app is operated by ZHENG RUNJIN, an individual based in China. Contact support@vsmodels.app for support, billing, refunds, security or privacy questions.

We provide AI model comparison guides and an image comparison workbench. The current free preview uses simulated results. Paid checkout and real image generation are not yet open. The billing terms below apply when those features become available; using a preview does not create a subscription or payment obligation.

Real image generation uses third-party Google image models through fal. Availability, output quality and permitted uses depend on those services. VSModels delivers digital services, not physical goods. Accounts and paid services are intended for adults aged 18 or older.

Accounts and acceptable use

Use accurate account details, protect your credentials and contact support about unauthorized activity. You must have the rights needed for any input you submit. We process that input to provide the requested service.

Do not use the service for illegal activity, sexual exploitation of minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraudulent impersonation, infringement of intellectual property or privacy, harassment, malware, or attempts to bypass safety, payment or account controls. We may suspend abusive activity or requests requiring financial or security review.

Content standards and reporting

Do not request or distribute pornography or explicit sexual/NSFW content; graphic violence or gore; hateful content targeting protected groups; sexualized, exploitative or otherwise unsafe depictions of children; deceptive deepfakes or impersonation; or images infringing copyright, trademarks, privacy or other rights. These restrictions also apply to attempts to evade a model provider's safeguards.

Report prohibited content or misuse to support@vsmodels.app, with the relevant task or page identifier and a brief explanation. Do not send illegal imagery. We review reports manually and may reject requests, restrict access, remove accessible violating content or suspend accounts, as appropriate. We do not guarantee that every violation will be detected. Real generation remains disabled while its automated content screening is being prepared; a free simulated preview is not evidence that a real request has passed screening.

Subscriptions and additional credits

Available plans, credit allowances and charges are displayed on the pricing page. Review the full amount, billing interval and applicable taxes at checkout before paying. Waffo Pancake provides the checkout and payment service.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize recurring charges for the selected monthly or yearly plan until you cancel renewal. A yearly subscription is charged for the entire year at once; its full annual credit allowance is granted after that payment is confirmed. It is not a monthly installment plan.

Subscription credits expire at the end of the paid billing period and do not roll over. A renewal grants new credits only after its payment is confirmed. Each period's allowance and expiry follow the purchased plan.

Additional credit packs are separate one-time purchases, with no automatic renewal or automatic recharge. They have no scheduled expiry and are not removed merely because you cancel a subscription. Credits are for this account's service use; they cannot be transferred, resold or withdrawn as cash.

Generation charges

The workbench shows the applicable credit cost before generation. A comparison reserves the credits for both selected models, consuming the soonest-expiring available credits first. A confirmed failed side returns its original credit allocation with its original expiry. A successful side remains charged. Processing or uncertain tasks require reconciliation before any return; they are not automatically submitted again. A credit return is separate from a cash refund.

Cancellation

You can cancel subscription renewal online through Settings → Billing. Check the cancellation confirmation and subscription status; contact support if cancellation cannot be completed. Cancellation stops future renewals after it is confirmed. Remaining subscription credits stay available through the original paid period's end, and separately purchased credits keep their original terms. Cancellation alone does not refund the current period.

Refund policy

For a first subscription purchase or a one-time credit pack, you may request a full refund within seven calendar days after payment if none of the credits granted by that purchase have been used. This rule also applies to a first yearly subscription. Normal purchases with used credits are generally not refundable; there is no automatic refund calculated from the remaining months of a yearly plan.

Duplicate charges, services that were not delivered, and refunds required by applicable law are reviewed separately. These rules do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Email support@vsmodels.app from your account email with the order number and reason. Do not send a full card number, password or identity document. We review the payment and related credit use before approving a refund; refunded credits cannot remain spendable. Approved refunds are processed through Waffo and the original payment channel. The payment institution determines when the money reaches your account.

AI output and service changes

Review generated images before using them. Outputs can be inaccurate, similar to others' outputs, or subject to third-party rights and model restrictions. We do not promise a particular result, exclusive copyright or suitability for commercial use. Purchasing access does not transfer rights in the platform's original interface or editorial content.

We may change or suspend features when needed for security, provider availability or legal obligations. If we permanently discontinue prepaid services we have not delivered, contact support to resolve the unused prepaid service and any required refund. Material changes to these terms or future prices will be announced on the site or through account contact details; already-paid periods are not silently repriced. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
